Case in point, back in October of 2009 Creios began working with Carroll's Building Material, a regional/semi-national building materials provider based out of St. Petersburg, Fl. This company was dissatisfied with the two previous web management companies they had hired, both of which had taken pay up front and left their website unfinished and disorderly.
